Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer provides graphic design and art direction for the New Alchemy Corporate Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in designing and delivering branded creative for marketing programs, web properties, media properties, sales enablement tools (infographics, pitch decks, nurture, emails, company-hosted events and more). The Senior Graphic Designer also serves as New Alchemy’s art director, when an outside agency is engaged to do graphic design for specific campaign.

Essential Functions:

• Graphic design: design and produce themed graphic elements to support marketing & campaign initiatives within brand specifications; work outputs include print production, electronic documents, web elements, logos, infographics, etc.

• Art direction: provide specific direction, guidance, and feedback to vendors that do graphic design for New Alchemy.
• This position will be required to be closely aligned with various marketing and legal teams and build trust so all assets do not need deep review.
• Material sourcing and specifications: research vendors and products as needed, to ensure graphic design compatibility and proper project execution
